Hi, I’m Julie, and I’m so happy you’re here. With a passion for holistic wellness and spiritual growth, I offer heart-centered healing experiences that help you release energetic blockages, regulate the nervous system, and rediscover your inner peace.
My journey into energy healing began through a desire to understand the deeper connection between emotional wellbeing, spiritual awareness, and the body’s innate intelligence. Over time, I discovered the profound impact that energy work, sound healing, and sacred ceremony can have in restoring balance and guiding people back to themselves.
Today, I’m honored to support individuals and communities through Reiki sessions, sound healing experiences, workplace wellness offerings, and sacred women's ceremonies. With almost four decades of experience in education, I’ve guided young students, young adults, and adults through complex, life-altering challenges, helping them regulate, stabilize, and reconnect with a sense of clarity, and purpose.
My intention is always to create a safe, nurturing space where healing can unfold naturally and where each person is supported in awakening their own inner wisdom, empowerment, strength, and stability.
