Reiki Level One is a beautiful introduction to energy healing and a return to your own innate sensitivity. In this foundational level, you’ll learn how to connect with Reiki energy for self-healing and begin supporting others through gentle, hands-on practice. This is where you start to build awareness, trust your intuition, and reconnect with the natural flow of energy within your body.

Reiki Level Two
Reiki Level Two invites you to expand your connection and step more fully into your healing practice. You’ll receive sacred symbols that allow you to offer distance healing and work more intentionally with emotional and energetic layers. This level supports you in strengthening your intuition, deepening your confidence, and understanding how energy moves beyond time
and space.

Reiki Master is a path of embodiment, where the work becomes less about doing and more about being. This level deepens your relationship with Reiki energy, inviting you into greater presence, clarity, and alignment. As you integrate this work, you begin to hold space in a more grounded, intuitive way, allowing healing to flow through you with greater ease and depth.

Reiki Master Teacher is for those who feel called to share and pass on this work. This level supports you in stepping into leadership, guiding others on their healing path, and offering attunements with integrity and intention. It is both a personal and spiritual initiation, where you embody the role of teacher while continuing to deepen your own connection to the energy and wisdom of Reiki.
